Who controls your data
Perry Barr Blinds is a trading name of BlindsNation Ltd, Unit 1 Premier Trading Estate, Dartmouth Middleway, Birmingham B7 4AT. BlindsNation Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
Information we collect
When you book a measure we collect your name, email address, mobile number, any second phone number you add, your address and postcode, the blinds and number of windows you mention, any notes and your chosen appointment. We also record the page you booked from and any campaign tags, such as utm parameters or a Google click ID, in the link you followed.
Why we use it
We use these details to arrange and carry out your free measure, send confirmations and reminders by email and text, prepare your quote and understand which pages and campaigns lead to bookings. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Messages
Emails and texts we send relate to your appointment. We will not send marketing messages unless you separately agree to them.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept it in the cookie banner. If you reject, no analytics script runs. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be changed using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Campaign tags are kept in your browser for the current visit only.
Who we share with
Service providers for hosting, email and text delivery process data on our instructions. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal and accounting duties, and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing info@blindsnation.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
